Please note there is a 3 night minimum stay.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

The guest is required to pay full booking amount to secure a booking request.

Please note that not all apartments may vary in furnishings and standard, if you have a special requirements please advise us at the time of booking.

Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard. The property does not accept American Express card or cash.

Terms & conditions

If you do not provide this information or consent to the terms and conditions we may not be able to check you in or provide other services in Olympus Apartments.

Photo identification and the credit card provided for pre-payment is required on check in,

I allow a $300 pre authorisation or cash bond must be provided as a security on check-in,

I agree that any damage, loss, breakages, or other costs incurred by myself or my guests/ invitees, are my responsibility. This includes any fees charged by the Fire Department for unwanted fire alarms caused by myself or my guests/invitees.

I agree to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition, all dishes washed, ALL rubbish removed in the designated chutes and basement bins (no rubbish to be left in the apartment) or I may incur an extra cleaning cost (min charge +$150).

Each set of keys if lost incurs a $100 replacement cost for the key and fob,

Maximum occupancy for a 1 bedroom apartment is 4 people (2x people is included in the base rate + additional $80 per additional person if not already calculated in the total)

Maximum occupancy for a 2 bedroom apartment is 6 people (4x people is included in the base rate + additional $80 per additional person if not already calculated in the total)

I agree to receive promotional e-mails from Olympus Apartments with special offers. 

Should you be locked out of your room or the building between the hours of 10pm and 6am a $150.00 callout fee will apply for management to provide access.

I have read, understand and agree to the conditions as outlined in the booking confirmation email.

I understand that daily housekeeping and room service is not included in my stay and that additional linen changes can be requested for an additional fee.

I agree that any costs incurred as detailed above, may be deducted from the Credit Card supplied, or my Security Deposit. understand that there will be no refunds after checking in. This includes refunds due to early departure for any reason.

House Rules

I agree to abide by all the building rules and regulations.

For the enjoyment of all guests and residents Olympus Apartments has a NO party policy,

Guests are welcome to visit your apartment however visitors are required to vacate the property by 10pm and only registered guests may occupy the apartment after this time. No additional bedding is to be brought onto the property unless arranged prior. Additional beds or people incurs an additional fee of $80 per person,

Objects must not be thrown from the balconies,

No shouting or yelling from balconies,

No jumping balconies or creating a nuisance to the public,

After 9pm noise must be kept to a minimum and in accordance with local legislation governing noise control. Unregistered guests creating a nuisance may be asked to vacate the premise,

Registered guests are wholly responsible for the conduct and any damage caused by themselves or by visitors,

Our Pool and BBQ area is there for all guests enjoyment, no glassware is permitted in the pool/BBQ area.

No smoking inside the apartments. Charges may be imposed if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

Guests and invitees are expected to act in a way that ensures the safety, comfort, and convenience of others, in accordance with the house rules. Please respect each other's right to the "peaceful enjoyment" of the building's residents and guests.

Liability Acknowledgment

I understand that I'm responsible for any costs associated with my stay and authorize charge of outstanding fees to my card. Valuables: Personal valuables and assets are solely my responsibility. 

If management or security personnel are required to attend your apartment for a noise issue, one verbal warning will be given. If management or security personnel are required to attend your apartment again for the same issue all occupants will be required to leave the apartment immediately. No refund will be issued. Any refusal to co-operate will see the authorities contacted.

Olympus Apartments Parking Terms and Conditions

Car spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Parking spaces are limited to one car space per room but is not guaranteed and subject to availability. Parking at Olympus Apartments is at your own risk. Olympus Apartments accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred to vehicles or their contents while parked within the premises. This disclaimer extends to any acts of vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters affecting parked vehicles. While Olympus Apartments endeavours to provide a secure parking environment, we do not guarantee the absence of unforeseen events. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to take appropriate precautions, such as locking doors and securing valuables. You agree not to park in any reserved spaces or unauthorised spaces and abide by the Building's rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in the towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense. Olympus Apartments reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Olympus Apartments website or through other communication channels.

Breach of terms and conditions

Guests found beaching the terms and conditions may be evicted without prior warning and, if required, law enforcement will be notified and requested to attend,

Should we suspect involvement in illicit activities in the room or in or around the property, we have the right to contact the police to investigate further and evict any and/or all persons we suspect may be involved,

Management reserves the right to inspect the room during your stay or on departure,

Should a room be deemed unusable after your departure or eviction, cleaning and/or damage charges will be applied to the pre authorisation / security bond or supplied credit card,

Eviction will include the loss of all prepaid monies held for the remaining duration of the booking, this balance will not contribute towards any outstanding incidentals or damages including potential loss of income due to any damages,

There will be no prior warnings, only immediate eviction with NO refunds on accommodation.
